A direct, private route for reporting a potential security issue affecting RIVANOX.
SECTION 01
How to report
Email the affected product or URL, potential impact, reproducible steps, environment details and minimal supporting evidence. Remove credentials, personal data and unrelated confidential information.
- Do not disrupt services or availability.
- Do not access, alter or retain data that does not belong to you.
- Do not use social engineering, physical intrusion or destructive testing.
- Pause and request authorization if validation would exceed ordinary, non-invasive testing.
SECTION 02
Scope
This channel covers RIVANOX-owned public websites and RIVANOX SmartTools. Issues in third-party services should also be reported to the relevant provider.
SECTION 03
Handling
Reports are reviewed privately and prioritized by reproducibility and impact. No fixed response or remediation time is promised unless it is confirmed directly for a specific report.
