RIVANOX is a project and/or a project, brand, website, product and content designation of Michael Scheibl, sole proprietor, acting in business under the designation SCHEIBL+Partner.

SCHEIBL+Partner is a business designation used by Michael Scheibl as a sole proprietor. The designation does not indicate a registered partnership company, a partnership under German partnership law, or any legal participation of other persons, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Separate tools, downloads, licenses, advertisements, advertising spaces, cooperations, sponsored content, service, development, automation, AI, project or other contractual relationships are governed exclusively by individually agreed written terms and/or the respective applicable product, license, sales or platform terms.

2. Nature of the website

RIVANOX is an information, product, download, tool, SmartTool, affiliate, advertising and project website for practical digital tools, Windows utilities, file workflows, monitoring, capture, productivity, automation, AI-assisted workflows and SmartTools for concrete digital work problems.

The website provides ideas, tips, inspiration, editorial notices, product information, tool overviews, tool explanations, download notices, affiliate links, external offers, sponsored content, advertising banners, paid advertisements, newsletters and links to external providers.

RIVANOX develops, describes, recommends and links to SmartTools, software, automation solutions, AI-related work tools and digital aids. Content and offers serve information, orientation, inspiration, product presentation, advertising and technical classification purposes.

All content is provided exclusively for information, inspiration, product, advertising and explanatory purposes.

Website content does not constitute individualized legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, IT emergency support, compliance advice, security advice, productivity guarantee, software guarantee or other professional advice.

3. No individual tool, software, automation or AI consulting through website content

Use of this website, reading content, clicking links, downloading tools, submitting a contact form, sending an e-mail, subscribing to a newsletter or any other contact does not create:

• an advisory agreement,
• a development agreement,
• an automation or AI service agreement,
• a support agreement,
• a maintenance agreement,
• a customer relationship with respect to external offers,
• a confidentiality obligation,
• an obligation to respond,
• any other contractual obligation of the operator.

Every individual tool, software, automation, AI, development, support, license, service, advertising or other contractual relationship must be agreed separately in writing or is governed by the respective applicable external sales, license, platform or product terms.

4. External offers only as ideas and orientation

Offers, prices, availability, product information, tool information, software information, automation ideas, AI notices, reviews, features, images or other information presented on this website serve only information, orientation and inspiration purposes.

The operator assumes no guarantee for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, price accuracy, scope of performance, quality, security, compatibility, suitability or legal admissibility of external offers.

Before making a purchase, download, installation, licensing, booking, use or other decision, the information, prices, availability, system requirements, license terms, withdrawal terms, privacy information, support terms and other information should be checked with the respective provider.

Publication, placement or presentation takes place only after separate coordination and, where required, on the basis of a separate written agreement.

There is no entitlement to publication, a specific placement, reach, visibility, clicks, purchases, leads, downloads, rankings or other economic results.

Advertisers and providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, timeliness and admissibility of the information, images, logos, trademarks, prices, availability, service descriptions and other content they provide.

The operator may reject, pause, adapt or remove advertisements, advertising content or cooperations, in particular where content appears incomplete, misleading, unlawful, damaging to reputation, qualitatively unsuitable or incompatible with the orientation of the website.

7. Tools, downloads, purchases, licenses, external sales platforms and voluntary support

RIVANOX may show, describe, offer for download or link to external sales and payment platforms for its own or external tools, SmartTools, Windows utilities, digital information products, templates, automations, AI-assisted or partially automated services, software downloads or other digital products.

The operator currently does not operate its own web shop on this website. Sales, payment processing, invoicing, order processes or digital delivery may take place through external sales and payment platforms, in particular through Digistore24 or comparable external providers.

In addition, this website may contain links, buttons or widgets from Ko-fi through which users can make voluntary contributions to support projects, development, maintenance, research or future initiatives.

Voluntary Ko-fi contributions do not constitute the purchase of software, licenses, subscriptions, memberships, support services or guaranteed benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payments or support contributions via Ko-fi are processed through Ko-fi and/or the payment providers connected to Ko-fi. For such payments, support contributions, refunds and other related processes, the terms and privacy information of Ko-fi and the respective payment provider may additionally apply.

For purchase, payment, delivery, invoicing, withdrawal, refund, support, access, licensing and other contractual processing, the terms and privacy information of the respective external provider may apply, provided that the purchase or delivery takes place through that provider.

For the operator’s own tools, downloads or digital products, separate license terms, terms of use, EULA, support terms, system requirements, privacy information or product-specific notices may additionally apply.

The user is responsible for using tools, downloads, information or digital products only lawfully, with authorization and in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies, provider terms and third-party rights.

8. Own license, ticket, download and API infrastructure

For certain tools, digital products, license checks, activations, updates, download delivery, ticket and support functions, product data synchronizations or technical product services, the operator may use its own technical system, service, license, ticket, download or API infrastructure.

This may in particular include the operator’s own system domains and technical services, for example license, ticket or API systems under sigruppe.com or other project-related system domains of the operator.

Such systems are not necessarily intended as a public website for end users, but may be technically connected to tools, downloads, license checks, updates, support, tickets, system e-mails or website functions.

The operator may make access to tools, downloads, licenses, updates or support functions dependent on technical checks, license status, product version, misuse protection, security checks or other legitimate technical requirements.

9. Service, development and automation packages

In addition to tools and downloads, RIVANOX may also offer or prepare technical, organizational or digital service, development, decision-support, automation, AI, workflow, SmartTool or product packages.

The presentation of such services on the website does not constitute a binding offer and does not create an automatic commission. Scope, remuneration, availability, responsibilities, results, usage rights, data protection, confidentiality, technical requirements and other terms must be agreed separately in each case.

Automated, AI-related or workflow-related services may have technical limits, errors, availability risks, integration risks and dependencies on third-party providers. Results of such services must be reviewed by the user or client under their own responsibility.

10. Newsletters, Telegram, WhatsApp and other communication channels

This website may offer newsletters, updates, tool notices, product information, SmartTool ideas, offer ideas, advertising notices, affiliate offers, sponsored content or other information by e-mail, Telegram, WhatsApp or comparable communication channels.

Subscription to such channels is voluntary. Newsletters and messenger channels may be unsubscribed from or left at any time with effect for the future.

Newsletters, Telegram, WhatsApp or other communication channels serve only information, inspiration, advertising and communication purposes. They do not constitute individual tool advice, a support commitment, emergency communication or a binding offer.

No confidential, sensitive, legal, dispute-related, secrecy-relevant, product-critical or time-critical information should be transmitted via newsletter or messenger channels.

11. Contact and user communication

Anyone who makes contact via contact form, e-mail, ticket form, messenger, newsletter replies, professional platforms or other communication channels is responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the information transmitted.

In particular, the following should not be transmitted:

• unlawful content,
• abusive or defamatory content,
• misleading information,
• confidential third-party information without authorization,
• sensitive personal data, unless expressly requested,

12. No emergency, system, security or productivity guarantee

RIVANOX does not provide emergency support, hotline services, system administration, guaranteed troubleshooting, guaranteed productivity increases or time-critical operational support through this website.

Information on tools, automation, AI, productivity, monitoring, Windows utilities, file workflows or digital work routines serves only general information, orientation and inspiration purposes. Before productive use, tools, downloads, automations and workflows must be tested under the user’s own responsibility and checked for suitability, security, data protection, compatibility and organizational permissibility.

13. Technical services, external platforms and communication channels

This website may be operated using WordPress, themes, plugins, hosting, e-mail, cloud, security, analytics, cache, consent-management, form, newsletter, messenger, advertising, affiliate, tracking, download, license, ticket, payment, support, shop-linking and external media functions.

Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, e-mail, own cloud solutions, professional platforms, messengers or other external services may be used for communication, scheduling, document processing or project organization.

For certain technical, organizational or product-related functions, the operator’s own technical system, service, e-mail, cloud, ticket, license, download or API infrastructures may be used. Special product-specific or project-specific functions are described in the respective project-related notices.

The use of external services may be subject to the terms and privacy information of the respective provider. No responsibility is assumed for the availability, functionality, terms or data processing of external providers, to the extent permitted by law.

14. External content, fonts, maps, videos and scripts

This website may use locally or externally integrated fonts, icons, maps, videos, scripts, offer widgets, support widgets, download widgets, ticket widgets, review widgets, affiliate widgets, advertising banners or other content.
