Refund, Withdrawal, Support and Reimbursement Notice
RIVANOX may provide or link to tools, digital products, software downloads, SmartTools, service packages or other offers through external sales, payment or support platforms. The operator currently does not operate its own web shop on this website.
External sales platforms
Sales, payment processing, invoicing, order processes, delivery of digital content, withdrawal, refund or support may take place through external sales and payment platforms, in particular through Digistore24 or comparable external providers.
If a purchase is made through an external platform, the terms, privacy information, withdrawal instructions, refund rules and support processes of the respective external provider apply to purchase, payment, invoice, delivery, provision, withdrawal, refund, licensing and other contractual processing.
Voluntary support via Ko-fi
This website may contain links, buttons or widgets from Ko-fi through which users can make voluntary contributions to support projects, development, maintenance, research or future initiatives.
Voluntary Ko-fi contributions do not constitute the purchase of software, licenses, subscriptions, memberships, support services or guaranteed benefits, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Voluntary support contributions via Ko-fi are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or unless a payment was made accidentally, duplicated or processed incorrectly.
If a Ko-fi contribution was made by mistake, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days after the payment. The request should include sufficient information to identify the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, where technically possible, through Ko-fi and/or the original payment provider used for the transaction. For such payments, support contributions, refunds and other related processes, the terms and privacy information of Ko-fi and the respective payment provider may additionally apply.
No own web shop
RIVANOX itself currently does not operate its own checkout and does not operate its own web shop on this website. The presentation of products, downloads, prices, product packages, voluntary support options or external offers therefore does not automatically constitute the conclusion of a contract with the operator of this website, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Digital products, downloads and licenses
Special statutory and contractual rules may apply to digital products, software downloads, license keys, activations, updates or other digital content. In particular, withdrawal rights for digital content may be restricted or expire depending on the purchase process, provider terms and the customer’s express consent.
Please check the respective product information, system requirements, license terms, support terms, withdrawal instructions and refund rules of the external sales provider before making a purchase.
Support and license matters
Questions regarding licensing, activation, updates, download access, technical errors or support may be submitted via the contact, ticket or support channels specified on the website.
An entitlement to specific support times, bug fixes, updates, compatibility, permanent availability, scope of functions or refund exists only insofar as this is required by law or expressly promised in the respective product, license, sales or support terms.
Priority of external provider terms
Where purchase, payment, voluntary support or delivery takes place through an external provider, the rules and processes of the respective external provider are primarily authoritative for refunds, withdrawal, payment issues, invoices, taxes, technical delivery and customer service.
This notice supplements the Terms of Use, but does not replace statutory withdrawal instructions and does not replace the terms of external sales, payment or support platforms.

English or other language versions are provided solely for convenience and information. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the German version shall prevail.
