Know What Is In Your WordPress XML Sitemap — And What Is Missing

WordPress XML sitemaps can change when providers, plugins, languages, noindex settings or exclusions change. Important URLs may disappear, unwanted sections may return, or conflicting signals may remain unnoticed.

RIVANOX XML Sitemap Filter gives you clear manual control in the free plugin and a professional Pro workflow to detect, explain, restore and verify sitemap changes.

Manual Sitemap Control Without Code

Control providers, post types, taxonomies, users and individual published entries without editing theme files or modifying WordPress core.

Diagnose Missing And Conflicting URLs

Check sitemap visibility, robots.txt, noindex, canonical and language signals before important URLs remain missing or conflicting.

WordPress XML Sitemap Control, Monitoring And Recovery

Control WordPress XML sitemap output without code, then add Pro to monitor URL-level health, explain why content disappeared, restore a verified configuration and document every important change.

Sitemap Provider & Content Control

Control providers, post types, pages, taxonomies, users and individual exclusions from one focused WordPress workflow.

Why Is This URL Missing?

Enter a WordPress URL and trace the exact reason it is missing: provider hierarchy, post type, exclusion, language, status, noindex, canonical or rule.

Sitemap Change Guard

Compare against a verified baseline and detect empty sitemaps, major URL losses, new critical findings and unexpected configuration changes.

XML Language Controls

Keep the intended language-related entries in XML and review multilingual sitemap membership, assignments and canonical consistency.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is RIVANOX XML Sitemap Filter?

RIVANOX XML Sitemap Filter is a WordPress plugin for controlling, reviewing and maintaining XML sitemap output on WordPress websites.

It helps control providers, pages, posts, taxonomies, users and language-related entries, while reviewing robots.txt access, noindex, canonical and sitemap visibility signals.

Is this a full SEO plugin?

No. RIVANOX XML Sitemap Filter is not a general SEO suite.

It focuses on WordPress XML sitemap control, troubleshooting, monitoring and recovery. Pro adds URL-level audits, missing-URL diagnostics, Change Guard, safe rollback, verified fixes and IndexNow. It complements rather than replaces a complete SEO strategy.

What does a Pro license provide?

The Pro license costs €69 per year for up to five domains and unlocks URL-level sitemap audits, Sitemap Change Guard, missing-URL root-cause diagnostics, safe configuration rollback, guided fixes, verification, snapshots and diffs, orphan and migration checks, scheduled monitoring, IndexNow, CSV evidence, professional reports, updates and support.

GPL rights in the locally distributed plugin code remain unaffected. Updates for the free plugin remain publicly available; Pro updates require an active Pro license.

Can I use the free plugin on a business website?

Yes. The free plugin may be used for private, professional and business WordPress projects.

If RIVANOX XML Sitemap Filter saves time or improves your WordPress workflow, voluntary support is appreciated. Small contributions help cover hosting, testing, documentation, maintenance and future development of the free plugin.

☕ Voluntary support only. No license purchase, no feature unlock and no support claim. Thank you for helping RIVANOX tools stay maintained. 💚

What is the difference between Free Plugin, Pro and Voluntary Support?

Free includes provider and post-type control, individual exclusions, taxonomy and user sitemap controls, XML language filtering, robots.txt guidance, manual canonical/noindex fields and basic sitemap troubleshooting.

Pro is designed for site owners, agencies, freelancers and businesses that need to detect sitemap failures, explain missing URLs, restore a verified configuration, monitor multiple domains, verify repairs, automate IndexNow notifications and produce traceable reports.

Business use of the free plugin is allowed. Voluntary support is optional. Pro is required only for Pro modules, licensed-domain validation, Pro updates, support and related RIVANOX services.

Can the plugin guarantee SEO rankings or indexing results?

No. The plugin provides operational sitemap, robots.txt, canonical, noindex, IndexNow and indexing-readiness assistance. IndexNow notifications do not guarantee crawling, ranking or indexing.

Search engine behavior depends on many factors. Audit results, auto-fix suggestions and Pro reports must be reviewed manually before relying on them for publication, deindexing or SEO decisions.

Does the plugin run heavy checks on the frontend?

No. License checks, product status checks, Pro audits, IndexNow queue processing and support widgets are not required during normal frontend page rendering.

Sitemap control remains focused on WordPress sitemap output, while heavier audits, Pro monitoring and IndexNow queue processing run in the admin area or through controlled WP-Cron workflows.

What data is sent during license, product status, support and IndexNow operations?

The plugin may contact RIVANOX infrastructure for license validation, domain-seat validation, product status checks, release metadata and optional support-related checks, depending on configuration.

Depending on your license and configuration, the check may include product ID, app version/build, license key, license email, normalized domain or network-domain list, installation identifier, timestamps and technical connection data such as IP address. Optional diagnostic or admin logs are written only when enabled and only to the configured local or network path.

When IndexNow is separately enabled, the plugin sends only public same-host URL changes, the site host, IndexNow key and key location to the IndexNow endpoint. Page content, media, users and analytics are not included.

How do public product updates work?

Updates for the free plugin may be downloaded without a Pro license.

Normal updates are intended to preserve settings, license data and local logs. Pro functionality, Pro updates, support access and related RIVANOX services require an active Pro license.

Is RIVANOX XML Sitemap Filter production-ready?

RIVANOX XML Sitemap Filter is provided as a maintained Stable Beta release.

It is actively maintained and intended for practical testing and daily use, but behavior may vary depending on the active WordPress environment, theme, SEO plugins, cache plugins, multilingual plugins, hosting configuration and individual site setup. Audit, monitoring, fix, license, update and product-status functions may evolve as compatibility and workflows are improved.
